We’ve got some wonderful news to share! In May 2019, our newly remodeled headquarters in North St. Louis was selected as a winner of Landmarks Association of St. Louis, Inc.’s Most Enhanced Awards. This is such a big honor for us, and we are beyond excited to receive this great award! What is the Landmarks Association of St. Louis? Organized in 1958 and incorporated as a nonprofit in 1959, Landmarks is the primary advocate for the region’s built environment. Eventually, this organization played a key role in identifying historic districts and framing Missouri’s historic rehab tax credit program. 
Each May, Landmarks presents a ceremony honoring St. Louis’ Most Enhanced Sites. This year, we were invited to their 23rd annual ceremony at the newly renovated Soldiers Memorial downtown. After enjoying a catered reception and drinks, we were honored during the award presentation. Landmarks acknowledged us (and others in the city!) as the best of the best in historic rehabilitation projects completed last year. 
Of course, none of this would have been remotely possible without the help from the amazing people at SPACE Architects + Designers + Builders. We knew they would be able to create the perfect environment for our mission, and they delivered (and then some!). Our many wonderful nonprofits are now primed for success, and it’s thanks to SPACE and their vision for our building. Thank you, Landmarks Association, for this great honor. Thank you to SPACE for their hard work in creating such a comfortable and inviting showroom for us. And thank you, most of all, to our members – without you, none of this would be possible!
