WIN Warehouse has partnered with Men’s Wearhouse for their Annual Suit Drive for the past 12 years. People donate gently-worn business attire to local Men’s Wearhouse locations during their annual suit drive, which WIN Warehouse then receives to distribute. WIN distributes these donations to social service organizations in the St. Louis area, providing those with limited opportunities the attire they needed to get started in the professional world.
One of the organizations receiving the suits is Employment Connection. The mission of Employment Connection is to break down barriers to self-sufficiency for individuals with limited opportunities including the homeless, ex-offenders, U.S. veterans, high school dropouts, women on welfare, and at-risk youth. Offering more than just a job, Employment Connection provides valuable resources, training, and support to inspire and empower clients to change their circumstances and become employed.
