At WIN Warehouse, we provide all kinds of products and resources to our diverse Member community of various types of nonprofits, including home improvement items.
Of our Member community, we work with nonprofits whose missions are to produce and provide reliable short-term and long-term housing as well as affordable single-family homes so individuals and families from all walks of life and circumstances have a place to call home.
As a nonprofit helping other nonprofits, we offer a catalog filled with a varied selection of valuable products for all our Members, including home improvement items.
WIN’s Home Improvement Catalog
Members may shop a wide range of home improvement equipment and supplies, from hardware and mechanical installations to lighting, electronics, plumbing, and more.
We carry construction supplies, including power tools and protective gloves, home appliances and finishings like water heaters and faucets to thermostats, exterior and interior light fixtures, and home furnishings.

DOORWAYS
Founded in 1988, DOORWAYS originated as a provider of compassionate hospice care dedicated to providing comfort to and preserving the dignity of individuals as they succumbed to HIV/AIDS and related complications.
Today, as medications and treatments evolved, the inter-faith nonprofit has shifted its focus from caring for the dying to rebuilding and supporting lives for the living, using its housing and empowerment programs.
Phase I of DOORWAYS’S Jefferson Avenue Campus opened in 2022, encompassing 35,000 sq. ft. of emergency housing. During the build process, the nonprofit accessed the WIN catalog to finish outfitting the building with resources like ceiling fans and flooring.

Equity Homes
Equity Homes “Builds Equity” for individuals, their families, and communities by providing financial support for developing and constructing affordable, high-quality single-family homes within the Normandy Schools Collective footprint.
When community members want to own their own homes, Equity Homes is a valuable resource providing affordable, “like new,” fully renovated, move-in ready homes, including common household appliances, plus a washer and dryer.
As a WIN Member, Equity Homes has purchased many home improvement items from our catalog, such as:

- Doorknob Sets, and

Lake Williamson Christian Center
A St. Louis-region Christian retreat center, Lake Williamson provides first-class hospitality and facilities where visitors can restore, renew, and reconnect to God.
The nonprofit’s property spaces host its Breakaway Kids Camp (summer) and visiting organizations’ retreats for occasions including church events and leadership meetings.
