At WIN Warehouse, we believe in making it as easy as possible for nonprofits to provide essential products to the people they serve. This commitment led to the creation of our Voucher Program in 2014.
Participating nonprofits can hand out vouchers to their clients, giving them the ability to directly access products without a nonprofit staff member present.
How the Voucher Program Works
Nonprofit organizations partnering with WIN Warehouse through the Voucher Program can issue certified vouchers to their clients. Each voucher includes the client’s name, the items they are approved to receive, and a spending limit.
With a voucher in hand, your clients can visit WIN Warehouse’s showroom on their own schedule, browse the inventory, and pick out exactly what they need. This program gives them the dignity and autonomy to make their own selections.

Criminal Justice Ministry
Since 1979, the Criminal Justice Ministry (CJM) has been dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and communities impacted by the criminal justice system. The St. Louis-based nonprofit helps hundreds of formerly incarcerated individuals get back on their feet by setting them up in a paid apartment for six months to a year and providing various services to address immediate needs. Services include bus passes, emergency medicine, clothing, hygiene items, and referrals for employment agencies, food pantries, and legal assistance.
Through our Voucher Program, CJM’s clients, many of whom are reentering the workforce, can come to WIN Warehouse independently. Selecting work clothing, safety gear, and other essential items gives them autonomy, fostering confidence and self-sufficiency as they transition back into society.
Mission: St. Louis
Established in 2007, Mission: St. Louis walks alongside people on their path to self-sufficiency. By removing barriers, they foster social and economic mobility for all. Their programs in education, workforce development, housing, and crime reduction work in tandem to address critical stages in the cycle of poverty.
Our Voucher Program ensures Mission: St. Louis’ clients can access the items they need conveniently and efficiently. Work clothes and safety shoes give them a strong start as they pursue new job opportunities.
