WIN Partners with St. Louis Community Foundation
Last month, WIN Warehouse was fortunate enough to partner with St. Louis Community Foundation and the COVID-19 Regional Response Team to host a massive, two-day Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution event for more than 50 organizations at WIN Warehouse.
Community Impact
Over the course of those two days, we’re proud to say that we were able to distribute 900 gallons of hand sanitizer and 17,730 PPE kits – all of which were graciously provided by a regular WIN donor! The total retail value of everything we distributed was $271,142.86. Thank you to everyone who came out to participate in picking up or distributing the hand sanitizer and PPE kits!
St. Louis Community Foundation
None of this would have been possible without St. Louis Community Foundation, which inspires purposeful philanthropy that connects community and donors to build and preserve a more equitable and vibrant region, now and forever. In response to the pandemic, they assembled a coalition of local influential organizations to create the Regional Response Team. This group directs resources to regional nonprofits that are serving local communities disproportionately affected by the coronavirus crisis and its economic fallout.
