Southern Illinois University Edwardsville
Founded in 1957, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE)(opens in new tab) is a nationally recognized university. Situated on 2,660 acres of scenic woodland overlooking the Mississippi River’s bluffs and only a short drive from downtown St. Louis, the SIUE campus is home to a diverse student body of more than 12,500.
SIUE is fully accredited and offers a comprehensive range of degrees across the arts, sciences, nursing, education, business, and engineering. The university turned to WIN Warehouse for storage totes and locking cabinets, which it uses to organize art supplies and student projects.
LitShop
LitShop(opens in new tab), founded in 2019, provides afterschool and summer programming for girls and gender-expansive youth ages 10 to 18. Its programs combine literacy with hands-on building and making, giving participants opportunities to use real tools, work on solutions to community problems, and develop reading habits.
Along the way, participants build skills and confidence while working alongside their peers in a supportive environment. To help keep its spaces organized and functional, the organization uses storage bins they picked up from WIN Warehouse.
