Through the generous support of donors, they “Build Equity” for individuals and their communities by providing financial support for the development and construction of affordable, high-quality single-family homes.
These homes are made move-in ready with common household appliances. Since becoming a member in 2019, WIN has provided Equity Homes with ceiling fans and many other types of home appliances for their properties.
KidSmart
90,000 students in St. Louis can’t afford basic school supplies like pencils, papers, and crayons. KidSmart makes an impact by providing free school supplies and educational resources to underprivileged students in 160+ schools in the St. Louis region. The nonprofit distributes $115,000 in free school supplies to students each week. What’s more, they have the only free educational supply store in Missouri.
KidSmart became a member in 2020 and placed their first order in 2023. WIN has been able to provide KidSmart with various fans, from light-duty industrial mobile fans to large drum fans and more, so their large store stays cool for shoppers.
