WIN Product Spotlight: Heating and Cooling Equipment

From summer heat waves to winter cold snaps, weather conditions can have a big impact on how organizations operate. Having the right equipment on hand helps keep spaces safe, comfortable, and functional year-round. Through WIN Warehouse, nonprofit members can access products that support their facilities and programs.

WIN’s Heating and Cooling Products

Our product selection at WIN Warehouse often includes a range of weather-related items designed to support indoor and outdoor needs, including:

  • Air conditioners and fans to help cool offices, community centers, and program spaces during warmer months.
  • Heaters to provide warmth for indoor spaces, workshops, and garages during colder weather conditions.
  • Blowers and air movers that can assist with maintenance, cleanup, and recovery efforts following storms or water-related damage.

These products help organizations prepare for seasonal changes and respond to unexpected facility needs. Having reliable equipment on hand can make a meaningful difference for both staff and the communities they serve.

Featured WIN Warehouse Members

When deciding which nonprofit members to feature, these two immediately came to mind.

Tampa Bay HEAT

Tampa Bay HEAT (Home Education Activities Team) was created with a simple vision: to provide homeschool families with a place of their own. Students can learn, build friendships, participate in activities, and experience opportunities often unavailable to homeschoolers. Since opening in Florida in 2010, the Christian nonprofit has served hundreds of families through classes, sports, clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities.

To date, their largest order at WIN Warehouse included tools, safety equipment, and electrical heaters and AC units. As of January 2026, HEAT is operating out of the Homeschool Resource Center at Centerpoint Church. Their dream is to purchase the existing main chapel debt-free and renovate it into their own gym, classrooms, gathering spaces, and more. At WIN Warehouse, they found items they’d like to install.

EAA Chapter 1402

In 1953, Paul Poberezny, the leader of a small group of aviation enthusiasts who had been assembling at his home, founded the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and was elected its first President. EAA started in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has since expanded nationwide. Its mission is to grow participation in aviation, which includes helping people pursue careers. They offer members access to career planning and job search resources, scholarships, internships, and mentoring.

EAA Chapter 1402 is a branch located at the Sullivan Regional Airport (KUUV) in Sullivan, Missouri. In early January 2026, during one of the many deep cold snaps in the Midwest, Tim Dempsey ordered hundreds of heaters through WIN’s Deals of the Week for local buildings in need.
