COVID-19 Update: Read our response and what you need to know

COVID-19 Update

MAY 18 Update:

As St. Louis City and County have begun phase I of lifting their stay-at-home orders this week, WIN Warehouse does not yet have a set reopening date for our members to enter the building. Plans are in place to gradually reopen showroom and lobby services when we have full safety precautions in place, and we will keep you up-to-date as we establish specific dates, guidelines, and policies.

Because your safety, and the safety of our employees comes first, our lobby and showroom will slowly reopen in the coming weeks. We will post more about our reopening plans on our COVID update page.

While you practice social distancing and limit your exposure, you can still use our online catalog to request donated products, securely pay handling charges, and arrange contactless pickup or delivery. And, as always you can contact us at 314-385-3006 with any questions or concerns.

Stay Well,

WIN Warehouse

    • We intend to follow the best practices and guidelines for GRADUAL re-opening

  • In the meantime - through at least mid-May

    • Program staff will continue to work from home

    • Operations staff will continue to observe social distancing at the offices and warehouse

    • Contact-less order and pickup practices will continue

COMMITMENT TO THE FUTURE

  • While revenues have been impacted, WIN is on solid financial ground

  • We are continuing to receive truckloads of donations

  • We are planning to be a resource for not-for-profit organizations for many years to come

THANK YOU!

We will get through this together.
