Paper Bulk Products

Nonprofit members can now save up to 99% off retail prices (yes, really) by ordering products in bulk.

Save even more on paper products

Most nonprofit organizations find themselves in need of paper products on an ongoing basis for their facilities. To fill that need and provide an even more cost effective solution for our members, we are now offering paper products by the pallet and by the truckload to our members.

The average retail value per pallet is approximately $8,640. The specific value of goods received can obviously range based on the amount and types of goods on the pallet. WIN’s handling fee per pallet is $240 regardless of value or weight.

The average retail value per truckload is approximately $207,360. Actual value of goods received can vary based on amount and types of goods in the truckload. WIN’s handling fee per truckload is $3,800 regardless of value or weight.

If you have large or multiple facilities, this offer could help your nonprofit organization save up to 99% off of retail prices for the paper products you need.

Our bulk paper pallets typically include items such as:

  • Toilet tissue
  • Paper towels
  • Paper plates, cups, and napkins
  • Facial tissue
  • Trash bags
  • And much more…

How to order paper products in bulk

Our inventory is constantly changing and as a result, the amount and type of paper products that we have available for bulk orders changes on an ongoing basis. All bulk orders for paper products must be requested by the pallet and can be picked up from our warehouse in St. Louis. WIN can also help you to arrange freight shipping for your order. All freight and handling fees must be paid in advance and cannot be refunded.

In order to qualify for bulk product distributions, your organization must have a current WIN membership and you must fill out our bulk product request form. All requests are subject to approval.
